About

Leslie Freeman founded Organism Thinking after years spent advising some of the world’s most recognized brands at moments of pressure, visibility, and change.

Her work blends analytical rigor and creative insight, with a deep read on the forces – cultural, competitive, institutional – shaping how an organization is understood. She is known for identifying the shift in perspective that unlocks opportunity: the clearer frame, sharper claim, or strategic move that allows leaders to see the situation differently and move forward with confidence.

She previously co-founded Fearless Unlimited, where she led strategy, positioning, and creative campaigns for global organizations navigating significant transformation. Before that, Leslie held senior roles at FGS Global, TBWA\Media Arts Lab, and CP+B, working across corporate reputation, brand positioning, cultural strategy, executive narrative, and creative strategy and campaign development.

Her clients have included Apple, Meta, Snap, American Express, UnitedHealthcare, Volkswagen, MetLife, Verizon, and leading philanthropies and research institutions.

Today she works directly with leadership teams to find the frame that changes everything and the language to act on it.
